Today, 20 Sept 2011, I was on my way, with my wife and grand daughter, to see Arianna's (grand daughter) doctor for an emergency sick visit when the cooling system on our 2001 Dodge van sprung a leak. We were just around the corner from you when it happened. At first I thought it was just a minor case of over heating as I had a hard time coming up the rain slick Pennell road and was spinning my wheels at 40 MPH and going 10 MPH. The steam didn't stop while we sat at the Baltimore Pike & Pennell Road light, so we hustled on in to you guys for a "quick fix!" The service manager said, "no problem" and took us right into service for the repairs. One hour and thirty minutes later we were back on our way. I can think of no other repair facility that can match your service manager, service department and support staff for cordiality, professional service and fair pricing! The front room staff also remembers Arianna and give her one of your Mylar balloons whenever she asks and says,"Thank You." So, again, I thank you and this is why I will keep coming back for service, inspections, etc.

"Second chance...February 2011"

They say that everyone deserves a second chance, so I gave Weathers Motors one by bringing my 2003 Chevy ZR2 p/u truck in for inspection today. Everything went fine, and they even called me to let me know that one of my headlights was acting up and asked me if I wanted them to change the bulb. I told them that I could do that when it fails completely. I missed the "no emissions " by 200 miles, as I put 5200 miles on it. Thank you Weathers Motors.

Gil presented the cars that fit my son's needs. A dependable low mileage, 4 door sedan that gets good gas mileage. He went over he cars that fit the bill and told Adam the cars that provided the best value. The gentleman who appraised his car did the job quickly and gave us a simple and very fair offer. Just 2 weeks ago I got into my first accident and the blessing is that no one was injured; the unfortunate side was that my beloved car was a total loss. It took me a week before I was ready to actually go out and look/test drive cars (*I spent a lot of time online researching cars/years/car dealers nearby/ wanted to make sure I didn't rush into anything.).

The first and only spot I went to was Weathers Motors. I was referred to Weathers by several family friends, and from my entire experience I can see why they've gotten such high praise! I knew after 20 minutes talking with the entire team, including the owner, that I was going to buy a car through them; even if none of the cars on their lot suited me, I would've waited and trusted they'd find a perfect match. The warm atmosphere, personable and thorough approach took away my anxiety and stress of buying a car.

They aren't only in sales, they service cars as well. From my time there and impression, I really sensed how well they take care of their clients' needs; it was obvious how above and beyond they would go to surpass satisfaction! I actually look forward to whenever I need to bring my car in, and I don't think I've ever felt that way before :)

It's been great getting to know each member of the Weathers Motors team - aside from business aspect of car sales, information/detail, and customer service ~ I have to add what great conversations/stories we all exchanged one week!

I always give credit where credit is deserved... I wouldn't take the time to express my impression if I felt so-so about an experience: many kudos to Larry, Tom, Tom, and John!
