I would like to express my appreciation for your service department personnel, Richard and Geoff. These two professionals are both knowledgeable and patient, a tough combination to find in today's business environment. I have visited Weathers' Motors twice in the past two weeks for a "check engine" light in my 2005 Daimler/Chrysler Crossfire. In each instance, they had the engine monitor checked out completely and assured me that no current problem existed; even took additional steps to try and keep a "false warning" from occurring again. Something I truly appreciate, since I plan to keep this car for as long as your grandfather has kept his antique Dodge in your garage next door. I express appreciation where and when it is due and I find your trusted team members Richard and Geoff to be truly deserving. Thank you all for "being there"... Amen.

"I can see why now........"
Just 2 weeks ago I got into my first accident and the blessing is that no one was injured; the unfortunate side was that my beloved car was a total loss. It took me a week before I was ready to actually go out and look/test drive cars (*I spent a lot of time online researching cars/years/car dealers nearby/ wanted to make sure I didn't rush into anything.).
The first and only spot I went to was Weathers Motors. I was referred to Weathers by several family friends, and from my entire experience I can see why they've gotten such high praise! I knew after 20 minutes talking with the entire team, including the owner, that I was going to buy a car through them; even if none of the cars on their lot suited me, I would've waited and trusted they'd find a perfect match. The warm atmosphere, personable and thorough approach took away my anxiety and stress of buying a car.
They aren't only in sales, they service cars as well. From my time there and impression, I really sensed how well they take care of their clients' needs; it was obvious how above and beyond they would go to surpass satisfaction! I actually look forward to whenever I need to bring my car in, and I don't think I've ever felt that way before :)
It's been great getting to know each member of the Weathers Motors team - aside from business aspect of car sales, information/detail, and customer service ~ I have to add what great conversations/stories we all exchanged one week!

Having been a faithful customer of Weathers Dodge in Lima, Pa for the past 45 years, I think I can speak for many faithful Weathers customers in saying that what the Chrysler Corp. did to Weathers Dodge was not very business like after 87 years of selling Chrysler Corp automobiles.

Sorry to hear that your many years in business and old franchise didn't mean diddly to Chrysler. I couldn't agree with you more why many car dealers and Chrysler are in trouble because of the fancy buildings, etc. I totally agree with you about the principles lost that once made this nation great. Your company was a prime example of what made the USA great and what a disappointment that those values and years of partnership meant nothing.
